Standardized technologies will unify social behaviors based on their own culture and share resources and technologies with other nations. Therefore, this conference targeting sharing of Information and science technology will gather key information & science leaders and core researchers from Asia Pacific nations to understand each other what they are trying to do and build up Asia pacific wide strong community.
